• I finish filling my sub up with water that he cannot expel, thanks to the double balloon inserted into him. When he has taken the high volume enema and he is suffering nicely I decide he can empty. 'This will put a spring in your step' I promise him. Once he has emptied he is ordered back to the medical couch where I strap him back down and then cover him with a plastic sheet.
  
  There is a final part to his medical that needs to be completed before he gets a clean bill of health, an extraction of a sample must be completed ready for analysis....all over the plastic. Now is is fully drained, Im ready to release him, until next time.
