• The water now flows into the patients arse nicely, which means the jug needs topping up again. Boy this poor patient is full to bursting point. How humiliating it is to be forced to empty it all out in front of me. I don't leave the room to give him privacy, I stand there and listen to it all come out.
  
  Next he is strapped down to my bench once again and learns his fate, a double balloon catheter is going to be placed inside him, creating a perfect seal so when I fill him with enema no 2, he will be unable to empty it out. I fill the water again with soapy water, attach the double balloon to my enema syringe and work the air out. Now its time to insert and inflate.
