• So this is day two of Gerrards consecutive all day sessions, what a glutton for punishment he is. Gerrard is dressed in rubber and is in the medical room. Ive placed inflatable mittens on his hands, a butterfly gag in his mouth under the hood which fills his cheeks completely and then taped his head in place.
  I start by tying his balls and weighing them down before working with my first set of needles and as the title suggest they are going through the helmet.
  
  These are going to be in place for a while Gerrard so you had better get used to it. I work round his entire helmet, now doesn't that look pretty.
  
  Next his nipples are in the firing line but not with needles, i have something more intensive for dear Gerrard, a set of suture stitches which can be used for a multitude of things. I start on the left nipple, lining up the needle, working through with the suture and leaving enough thread to create a loop. This happens three times on each nipple.
