• We are in the medical room. My patient is forced into the Simms position so I can examine him in preperation for his enema. I start by using a syringe with 5ml of peppermint soap before drawing up some warm water and injecting it into the patient rear. As he is able to retain this, I move on to a enema bulb to flush out his system. Gradually the water is drawn up and inserted into my patient. He takes all of this well enough to earn a release on the toilet. Now his system is clear, I move him to a kneeling position and lube my latex gloved hand ready to insert.
